Interesting book. I really enjoyed the plot. Due to a curse years ago, a daughter, Helena, is chosen from one family to go live with the rival family, Sebastian’s. Neither wants it to happen but it does. I liked Sebastian, I think he has a good heart. Helena is a fighter that doesn’t know who she can trust when thrown into this crazy world. It’s dark, so if you are looking for a picket fence romance this one would not be for you. There’s a great cliff hanger so I’m looking forward to book 2. Great read!
